About The Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. (the “Manager”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. It manages MIT\u2019s assets and liabilities for the benefit of the Unitholders, sets MIT\u2019s strategic directions and provides recommendations on the acquisition, divestment, development and\/or enhancement of MIT\u2019s assets in accordance with MIT\u2019s investment strategy.

Employing proactive asset management, value-creating investment management and prudent capital management strategies, the Manager seeks to deliver sustainable and growing returns for Unitholders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
